Age Grade policy

There are updated policies on Age Grade issues, including u16 players playing in u18 games, etc. You can read the policy details here. There is also an eligibility form that should be used to give permission for any youth player to play in a higher age grade.

Training

Livingston Rugby Club have an extensive youth rugby programme. Most games are played on Sundays, and new players are welcome to come along at any time in the season. Training times until 1st April 2009 are:
